Includes partial pack of Silk Ribbon Embroidery Needles and 2 x packs of Creative Beginning Moire Fabric.

Fabric is “new old stock” and packaging shows some age marks. Unsure if this has transferred to the fabric or if it is just on the packet, price reflects this.
